Selections for Sunday School Sunday School meets Sunday mornings at 9:30 - 10:15

Preschool Class ~ ages 1-4 Our intention is to create learning experiences that provide opportunities to facilitate spiritual, physical and mental growth for our children, beginning at the earliest ages possible.  Primary Class ~ ages 5-7 Our goal is to tell the students about the Word of God in a way that they can understand and make use of that information.  Middler Class ~ ages 8-9 Our goal is to take Bible topics and help the children think about their lives and the choices they make. We try to think of stories to tell them with real live scenarios to augment the lesson plan for that week to help them understand how they should live their lives, and how to treat others. Moving from the knowing to believing and implementing those changes is our goal.  Pre-teen Class ~ ages 10-12 This class provides pre-teens with Bible lessons and activities, while addressing real life pre-teen questions and issues. We teach the important of God's Word in their lives and how to apply it.  Teen Girls' Class ~ ages 13-17 The purpose of this class is to take spiritual truths that are found in Scripture and through discussion, and help the girls to see where God's Word is applicable to their everyday lives.  Teen Guys' Class ~ ages 13-17 This class is a prayer and spirit-empowered time of great fellowship and learning. We cover God-given subjects that are intense, relevant, and challenging.  YAK (Young Adult Klass) ~ ages 18-35 This class studies Scripture with practical life applications.  Women's Class The purpose of this class is to study God's Word and its applications to our lives as a loving, trusting, unified group. Men's Class In this class, we study a Biblically based book and Scripture for practical application. We also share life situations to edify one another and to give the Lord all the glory for what He has done.

Selections for Adults and Youth

Jesus FEEDS Ministry Meets the last Sunday evening of every month Church To Stay - This ministry is an opportunity to less our community by providing a substantial meal and Christian fellowship. A Bible study for Christian discipleship is held in the sanctuary at the same time. Church To Go - The purpose is to visit designated shut-ins who are unable to attend church, with the intent of ministering through prayer, encouragement, Biblical love and concern, and sharing of communion.  Men's Ministry  Meets 9am the first Saturday of the month. Our goal is to equip and empower men to reach their full potential in Christ. Women's Ministry  Meets at noon on the first Saturday of the month. Our goal is to encourage, develop, coach, mentor, and strengthen women of faith. Choir ~ Seasonal An opportunity to express musical talents in worship to God.  Food Pantry Our church serves as an emergency food pantry in Eastpointe through the Macomb County 211 program. Wednesday Morning Intercessory Prayers   Meets at 6 am on Wednesday mornings to intercede and to thank God for whatever needs He has and will meet.    Friday Night Prayer & Praise   Meets at 6:30-7:30pm on Friday nights to praise the Lord and to pray for God to meet the needs of our church and others outside of it, as the Lord directs.   My Sister's Keeper ~ for women of all ages   Meets Monday evening, twice a month. We are a group of women who meet together twice a month to worship our Lord. We also lift each other up in prayer for our needs as women of God. We hope to draw the younger girls into out group so they may learn the joy of bonding together in Christian love.    YAK (Young Adult Klass) ~ ages 18-35   Meets Wednesday evenings at 7 pm. Our goal is to find answers to life's challenges through wisdom of Scripture and strength of fellowship.    Mission Trips ~ annually   To provide opportunities and guidance for short-term mission ministries and supporting missionaries both in and outside the United States.

Selections for Youth and Children

Youth ~ for teens grades 7-12   Meets Wednesday evenings at 7 pm. The purpose of this ministry is to connect this generation to God through a relationship with Jesus Christ by 1) creating a safe and uplifting environment, 2) by experiencing God through praise and worship, 3) by teaching God's Word which equips for Godly living, 4) by encouraging the discovery of gifts and talents, and 5) by building healthy relationships with other youth.   M-Pact ~ for girls ages 5-13   Meets Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Purpose of M-Pact is to win girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance, to develop girls spiritually and mentally, to provide encouragement, support, and accountability through lasting Christian relationships, and to provide an environment for girls to develop their gifts and abilities so they can begin to fulfill the Great Commission for Jesus Christ our Lord.    Royal Rangers ~ for boys ages 5-13   Meets Wednesday evenings at 7pm. We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based, Spirit-empowered ministry. We strive to make a huge difference, not only in boys and tomorrow's men, but in the lives of the people in their community.    Children's Church ~ ages 5-11   Meets after worship on Sunday mornings. Our goal is to encourage, teach, and instill the values and principles found in God's Word so when they are grown, it will always lead them on the right path.    Junior Bible Quiz ~ ages 5-13   Meets Sunday evenings after worship. The purpose of JBQ is to learn God's Word in a fun and competitive way and to apply these truths to their everyday lives. It helps the students gain an overview of Bible facts and doctrines in an easy to understand form. As the students complete the lessons and memorize scripture verses, they learn to live as the Word instructs, so that God may direct their steps.
