Night of Prayer

As a result of the COVID-19 virus and the recommendations of our President, the board and staff feel that it is in our best interest to temporarily suspend all services, events, and classes.  They are saying this will lift on March 31st.  As things change from day to day, we will do our best to keep things posted on our website. christiantrinitychurch.com One person said, “I knew Satan was going to derail our plans”.  He may have shifted us to another track; however, we are not off the tracks.

We hold to scriptures like those found in Genesis 50:20 that says, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”

This is truly going to be a time of spiritual growth for us as a church.  Rather than focusing on that which we are losing, we are going to focus on the time with God that we are going to be gaining.  That being said, I am asking that we as a church join in prayer and seeking God through His Word tonight from 6:30 to 7:45pm. (This time will be spent at home with the Lord during the time we would normally be at the church on a Wednesday night)

I also ask that we all spend some time fasting between our prayer time tonight and our online service Sunday morning.

Please pray for containment of this virus, our country as a whole, wisdom for out President along with pastors and other church leaders that have to make tough decisions for the good of our nation, pray for revival, pray that people will trust God over a system, pray that supplies will be stretched (like the loaves and fish), and that people would turn to God.

To quote my Bible College professor, Dr. Watson, we need to have “50/20 vision" as we remember that God has a reason for everything that happens.
